Why are we, they making this so much work?  Every day should be provider Friday.  Every day should be theme day. Hell lets do theme hours.  We have a local discussion board and a add board just set the rules and enforce them.  On the discussion side ladies can not post links to their web sites or even their reviews.  Men can post mini reviews but not links.  This way any who have interest will have to work a little to find info and decide for themselves if it is worth the effort.  
On the add side ya you got too limit it as it would become a post fest.  
We have a couple ex mods being kind of vocal here and they know the inside way more than the rest of us.  At times I did not think it was working them, but I do not think this is working too well yet either.  Of course I know I do not think like the norm but that is just me.  This site  should be FUN, informative and not painful.

I do not find Haley's ideas painful to execute at all. Not sure why some are against trying her ideas. What is the harm is doing new things that are also fun and informative?

I guess there must have been a reason for us being singled out as the first and we are the last to move forward. Even Atlanta is a joy to visit. The negative posting is long gone elsewhere yet continues here.

Look to the negative posters who seem to want things to not become stable for the rest of us. The other boards are running on their own with no Host or hostess.

I hope you're as courteous in your private emails as you are, mostly, on the board. I'd hate to think you were sending mean messages, especially to the ladies. You are acting as our representative, after all.

I play no favoritism. I am sure if I said something harsh it was the only way to get my point across and now maybe things will settle down and we can all have fun. 99% of the time I am the nicest lady you could meet but push me to my breaking point which was being done intentionally i'll let my feelings be known.

May I say I have gotten some of the meanest, rudest PMs from a moderator and my worst PM rates like a valentines card compared to them.

Florida is lucky to have a hostess like Haley - a hostess who is coming up with some great ideas for her board.

On the Atlanta board, we also have a hostess, but you would not know it based on her inactivity and lack of ideas. She is more actively engaged in organizing and participating in boycotts of some TER members than she is creating ideas, fun topics, and an atmosphere of inclusion for her board.

If Florida cannot appreciate having a hostess like Haley, perhaps we can arrange a hostess swap between the Florida and Atlanta boards.

You are doing a great job and I highly commend you.  It is painfully obvious there are a select few who are trying to stir shit just because of their own sour grapes.  It's a sad and childish waste of energy and time.

I was very surprised last night when I peeked in on this board to see all the negativity and shit stirring blatantly going on.
All the other boards, even Atlanta, are doing wonderful and the venom spewing is over.   FL has always been the "original Fun Board" but now it's the one and only venom spewing board.  Sad....but keep hanging in there and eventually they will hopefully grow up and get over the changes.    

What's really ironic is the more they try to tear you down, the worse they make themselves look.  You get what you give.

Haley, I look forward to meeting you some day.  Hang in there and keep doing your best.  There are certain people who will not stop criticizing, only to try to make themselves look better.  I've always enjoyed your posts and hope that you continue with them.

My post was not a Haley bash more of a ter bash and maybe a member bash as all the rules take away from what this sight is about which is about fun adventure and the pursuit of a big smile on the drive home.  Lets loosen some rules and get back to fun.

YES you were harsh in "ordering me" not to break the rules. Worse you attacked our past moderator to me twice in the pm.  Why do that?

I followed the original OP's plan (and please don't think I have any harshness toward's her as I do not).  I don't think she changed things to hurt you in anyway or it was done with any "intention" to cause a rise out of you.  It was an idea given, you liked it and then it was done. Me personally, other's  followed the original op's plan and then so did I.  Then you sent out a pm to me and other's. I am not sure what the other ladies got but I know I found your wording rude, offensive and honestly, I felt like I was a 2 yr. old being chastized. I am being polite but Haley you are not acting very polite and adult like with this situation.  You could have gotten your point across in a more professional manner.

If you wish to get your point across, let me suggest that you step back and evaluate what is going on.  Get your emotions out of all this stuff.  Being a hostess I am sure is not easy and believe me I wouldn't want the job.  However, you have to be polite, respectful and treat other's like they are adults.  Anything that has happened between you and the ex moderator is between the both of you.  NONE of us should be on the other end of what happened there.  We don't deserve to be treated that way.

I agree on getting the board back to the way it was, but I feel (yes my opinion) since you are the hostess that it might start with you.

Please take a look at yourself first and treat other's with respect.  If you don't it will only continue to backfire on you and I don't want to see that happen.  

All of us are really getting tired of all the crap that is going on.  I hope you will really read what I am trying to say. I am not being mean just speaking the heartfelt truth about how I feel of the situation and how I "am" being treated....

You go girl.  You are doing just fine.  You will never be able to please everyone so don't expect that.  You have a tough job here and I'm sure that everyone will learn to appreciate your efforts even if they don't always agree with you.
