I was wondering about reviews, ladies, do you notice an increase in your biz when you receive new reviews?   Will you ask for one or request that a gent not review you?

Gents, are you more likely to select a lady if she has many reviews?  Recent reviews? or very few reviews?

I was just asking because I have noticed that many women get to 21 or 22 reviews to get a TER ranking and then they seem to vanish (and no they don't retire because ads still go up).  Does that make you wonder?  Are the ladies asking not to be reviewed?  On the other hand you see many ladies who have been on this board posting ads consistently, yet they have very few reviews to even get a TER ranking.  Or they just have not received any reviews in months.  This has happened to me,  But only because I have taken months off at a time to travel, fulfill family obligations, and other fun stuff like DD's.    I do know that there are many hobbiests that like to be the first ones to test out the new providers as well, I guess taking a shot in the dark with a girl that has hardly any reviews.

Just an observation and I would like to hear your version on how TER reviews have helped you in your buisness or selection process.

1. Is the lady legitimate? (LE, ROB, B&S, etc)

2. The services she provides and attitude. (DFK, BBBJ, DATY, clock watcher, etc).

I have no interest in the numerical scores given by other guys. I also don't care about the number of reviews she has or how recent they are. My only exception to this is if she only has a couple of reviews and those reviewers have no history.

As for your other questions, I have had a few ladies specifically ask me to write a review. Twice was in their pursuit of getting to 20 to make the Top 100 lists. I've never had a lady ask me not to write one. A majority of the time it hasn't been discussed at all or the lady has shown no interest either way.

I have found reviews to be very helpful in filling in the blanks. I always tend to hope for what was in the best picture posted, but have learned to look at the worst picture and degrade it from there a little to get an accurate picture in my mind about what to expect. Performance wise, the reviews are priceless. All the ads promise the world, very few deliver. I see mt ATF every week for a year now, but still seek out some variety about every three weeks, with little success, because I usually pick up a new and young girl for variety, and they seem so businesslike and really don't want to be there. I have never been asked to post a review, although sometimes I inform the lady up front that she will be getting one, hoping for better performance. That doesn't seem to work though and I have come to realize, if she doesn't want to be there, she can't fake very well. My ATF asked me from the start not to review, because she really gives me the full GFE, and doesn't like to with most clients (from her reviews and admission). In return I happily double her rates on my own without hesitation, and get more than my monies worth. As a side note, after seeing Sindie's post from yesterday, and her excellent reviews, I am definitely going to try to make contact to meet her. (all from this board and consistent high reviews!)

When I begin a search the first thing I look for is a clear, crisp photo of the provider. I am always on the lookout for a fresh face, killer smokin' hot body! Next, I check the number of previous reviews and more importantly the scores.  10, 9, 8.
Next I notice the details of a couple recent reviews. I generally trust most reviewers that either do not recommend to VIPs, recommend or highly recommend.
Then I look to see if they are GFE, allow French kissing and DATY , if they do not that is a deal breaker and I move on. I have quite a few ladies on my bucket list, so I usually do not find it hard to schedule a date. I have taken one for the team before but it depends on my gut feeling and $$$$. I am more inclined to toftt on the less pricey choice.
As far as increase in dating activity I know there is a direct correlation in TER reviews and increase in business for a hot lady! A sizzling' babe may have an immediate back log right after positive reviews. There are just too many beauties in Tampa to see them all. If I notice just one lady a day and add her to my favorites, something I do to track hotties, by the end of the month there are 30 names, impossible !
Lastly, it may appear that I dropped off the radar if anyone were noticing because it may be that I am visiting my ATF or other ladies that I have reviewed in the last year or two. TER does not allow repeat reviews that are close together, which I agree with. There have only been a few ladies over the years that asked me NOT to review them, ofcourse, I honored. MUAH!!! Eom.

1) There must be an attraction to want to see her.
2) If she has reviews the consensus must be 7 or above in performance.
3) If she has a special talent or does things others do not that might be a reason to try her out.
4) I have seen some with none, some with alot, and some with a few. Those that have them I do read to see if they fit what I am looking for.  I am not the type to only see 8 9 10 in looks, but I do not want to have to close my eyes and picture something in my mind.
When I write a review I try to be as honest as I can.  I realize beauty is in the eye of the beholder and performance can be a judgement call.  Boiled down the reviews at least help get some idea of what to expect.
I have not had either a request to review nor to not review.

No way that I take the chance and see an unreviewed girl or one of these fly by night ads of some model with 9s and 10s from reviewers with one review. She needs at the very least 8 reviews from established reviewers (at least 15 reviews and/or whitelistings). Having a bad experience with an uncouth girl from the ad with an additional 15 years and 40 lbs is the least of my worries. Getting busted by LE can ruin me. I will lose my career and be forced to go back to the restaurant industry. There is no way I am going back to counting wine and liquor bottles at 4:00am  in a cold cellar for $30,000 a year.

Once she has peaked my interest and she meets certain requirements in the looks, attitude and menu department then I make the inquiry. Almost always my experiences are pleasant. I write reviews for the following reasons: That she is worth seeing again and hopefully my review will help her make some money, that we had an extraordinary time and she is a can't miss experience, that she requested me to write an honest one.

I know that there are some girls who are reviewed out. By that I mean that they have several pages of reviews and all of her regulars have already reviewed her plus her new clients don't write reviews or they get rejected by TER. I was with one of my regular girls last week in DC  and she told me that she has not gotten a review in months thus her business has suffered. She just can't afford to depend off her regulars. Then again most inquires she recieves from prospective clients simply don't meet her screening requirements. Its a catch 22

To see if a lady offers my must-haves.  Read others real experiences.  I only see ladies who have multiple reviews and who I've seen on TER for a long time (so far).  I'm more comfortable with that.  Long gaps in reviews do get my attention, but if she's been around awhile, it wouldn't stop me.

My problem is I want to see ALL of you ladies!!!

....when it comes to reading a lady's reviews, I'm mostly concerned with whether or not there are any.  In the end, that really is about as close to a screening process as you can get on the client end of this hobby.  As for quality of the reviews, I tend to look for consistency and a reasonably steady track record, and so far, that seems to have worked for me at least....

I terms of writing reviews, I will usually ask the first time or two I see someone if they'd like me to write a review (I haven't run into an occasion where I felt I had to write one regardless), and much to my surprise, more often than not the answer is "no thank you".  That could be a reflection on me personally...or a reflection of the fact that I tend to see well-reviewed ladies, and there is a certain sensitivity to being over-reviewed....

IMHO....

.... it does seem that fewer and fewer gentleman are choosing to write reviews these days. At least that's the trend I've noticed within my clientele. I've had some pretty good times with some awesome guys but a lot of times they're the type that have too much to lose to get into writing reviews and a permanent cyber trail. On occasion, I'll ask a friend that I've seen 3 times or more and have a great rapport with but as a general rule I respect my clients privacy (to do so or not do so) by not asking.

I usually ask what her preference is and then review only if she either says yes or in a couple of cases actually requested a review. I have been with several who requested that I not review and, since in all these instances I actually had a great time, I have respected their wishes.

in the hobby and my personal formula is primarily based on reviews, which reveal attitude, looks, performance. and what I can expect from a date. I certainly won't see anyone who has no reviews and TOFTT is rolling dice and nutso in my view. I'm a little too old for mysteries-smile. I've noted before on this forum that the only girls I see are an '8' or better looks wise and with '9' or better from a performance standpoint and it's worked out wonderfully.
Girls, we guys are quite easy to figure out-we want a pretty girl who'll show us a good time...simple as that.
I believe reviews help everyone-they weed out the bad apples and reward those who deserve it. I will dismiss a bad review if I'm interested in someone if it is an obvious anomaly. Large time breaks don't bother me either if the reviews are consistent. So, bottom line for me, reviews are paramount in my personal selection process. Have a great week, all   1rob....out

on authenticity and attitude. I use reviews to get a sense of whether I would enjoy their company. Numbers not as important as perceived information. Remember in some situations a review may have info one person may think is positive and another as negative. At my age I prefer the personality, intimacy, oral,  and foreplay as much as the act itself. Kink and PSE is not what I am looking for. Some just want to jump straight into the deed for as long as time as possible. I usually book two hours so you can go slow and still achieve multiple success.

Sometimes if I know the reviewer it may give me more information. I will admit a recent review sometimes is put in my favorites or makes me look at the review on one already in my favs.

If I am asked...I politely say if they would like to they could.

I sign on daily to both   Preferred411 and to Date Check, that seems to generate a lot of traffic as well. I also feel that I have been around long enough and have built a reputation so I am very easy to find if someone is looking for me.

...but the value and significance of the ratings/rankings are vastly exaggerated by the ladies.

too many ladies live and die by the numbers around here...sheesh!  is one provider "better" than another because one got a "9" and another got an "8"?  hardly!!  i daresay that depends on what an individual gentleman is looking for, and which lady and experience best suits his needs/desires.  for that, a guy has to read the reviews and evaluate the CONTENT, more so than the numbers.  YMMV, the eye of the beholder 'n all that, you know?

yes, i typically experience an uptick in business when a new review hits.  i've never had a 10/10 and likely never will...but there are (apparently) lots of gentlemen who like what the read about me!

bottom line, IMHO:  reviews are a valuable resource for the information they contain.  the numbers are nothing more than subjective baloney designed to stress the ladies and give them something else to dramatize about.  i'm just sayin'.

I look for a couple reviews in the last 6 months from men with a few reviews themselves.

Over the years, I have updated a number of my reviews as the time spent with a lovely lady has evolved new things to mention about her in subsequent afternoons of delight. I'm looking forward to updating a couple more in the months ahead.

For a lady who has pages of reviews, I usually look at the most current two pages, and the oldest two, to see if any trends have evolved.

Nowadays I also steer clear of ladies whose sites have stayed the same with no new text or picture content in a year+. This is equally ranked with recent reviews in deciding to contact a lady.

I will be compatible with ladies I haven't seen before. There are certain "deal breakers" for me and if a lady doesn't offer these, then I move on.

If I am conemplating seeing a lady for a repeat visit, I'll quickly check her last several reviews to see if her quality of service is still top notch.

reviews, it is hard for me to determine whether or not it affects my business. Yes,  my web visits increase, but not really emails- they stay pretty steady.

I have asked for reviews because it is hard to get started without them here. I am not using the same methods of getting myself out there that I've used in the past (print ads, etc), and am still navigating the whole online advertising process. Some day I am sure I will figure it out! But when I do ask for reviews, many gents respond that they just aren't comfortable going online to do that. None of my former gents will do it (yet), because they feel it is too risky. And some who say they will just never get around to it. I can't usually bring myself to ask a second time, even if we see each other often.

Thankfully I have had three wonderful men accommodate my request here so far. :)

I will probably be retired by the time I get 20 reviews at this rate! Lol!! Funny thing is I also forget to ask for them a lot. And, admittedly, it can feel awkward to ask, as Tamsen pointed out. So maybe subconsciously, I forget on purpose.

does this matter??  I have lots of reviews but I took off some time ..

plus my last review was weird. I dont do cbj so there is something wrong with that reviewers memory, or maybe his willy looked BAD,  then anyone would stay away from that and cover it! right?

I dunno Im not really worried but, I recently had a gent email me asking why my reviews are so old.

truth is I married my sugar daddy, but now were getting a divorce- so its hi ho hi ho back to work i go!!

marriage is a dumb idea for a sb/sd situation- it usually ends badly.
