After paying for the time of a provider, I'd rather grab some burgers at McDonalds and spend the time in bed...
Is there a reason to spend more money on her?  That money I spent for dinner could buy me a couple more hours.  I'm not planning on marrying her...

It is not the place but the company and sometimes surroundings can open that better angle for you.
I never said fast food was a problem, but if I am visiting a new city, fast food is the last thing on my mind.
Sorry, that you don't value providers enough to even suggest a nice restaurant.
If it is a question of money, that is one thing, but to suggest that any lady is not worth taking out to a restaurant is an insult to allot of ladys who really enjoy going out and thus you end up having a good time as well.
I hope and I imagine that as long as you don't mention that to any lady that values herself, you will eventually find a very real and great provider that you will be more than happy to hold in your arms as you waltz into The Forge or any other good place to have a great time.
I send you a warm hug and I hope that you did not get offended by what I just said.

It's not that I don't think providers are "worth taking out".  Providers are providing a service.  While much is to be said for the
"GFE", if you want a girl friend, then don't pay for a provider.  A provider is in the business for the money, not for the social activity or love of the job. Be real, its a damn good paying job.  But again, if I am going to go out to dinner with a female, it's because she wants to go, not because I am paying for her time.
I think too much of myself, and the provider, to think that she wants to be there.  If that was the case, then why do I need to pay for the dinner time.
Be realistic with the duties of the provider and the hobbyist.  This is not a relationship building business.  It's a service, time paid for business.
