They were all good. She was on my favorites list, but my list is like 25 providers long and she is not on it anymore, though I didn't take her off. I have no idea what happened to her reviews.

She has reviews on the other board and she has some 2002 reviews under Melissa. Do a TER search for Melissa and go to the phone #  starting with 877 and Boston as a City. I miissed her when she came to Boston but her reviews are great. Good luck.

She is a 100% provider.  She and TER are having issues over someone else and they have pulled all her reviews.  Her reviews on TBD are accurate and the only negative one there is about her screener not her and he actually does a great job also.
