I would explain to the provider that you were expecting someone else. This is not acceptable and sorry but you must leave.  This might trigger something that will change the way she runs her business in the future.

What do you do when you arrive for the lst time with a new provider...but it's obvious it's not the same person as in photos.  Clearly not the same!  Do you just leave?  Do you still leave donation?   Need some guidance!

If I as a guy came across that I would just excuse self and walk out. I don't know why so many ladies pull that shit.

Her daughter!  If she says she doesn't have one, then just say you must have the wrong place and leave!  You could leave a few bucks, and tell her to use them toward some new pics!

It never ceases to amaze me the number of reviews that start out....."She looked 15 years older, and 80lbs heavier than her pics, but I was here so I said what the hell".

What's up with that! :-X

Once you walk away from the original not-the-person-in-the-photo experience, as much as possible, have a backup plan. Someone you can dial up and have a nice time with. My Plan B in Tampa was always one of the more popular lingerie modeling shops that offer full service, or an oriental spa that offers massage with a happy ending.

Assuming that it's a matter of older / less attractive (and not just an unclear view of the face or haircolor) then you leave.

It depends.....if the girl is a reasonable (and attractive representation) of the girl in the picture; then I might stay - otherwise, I'm out of there with my cash.
