Too late now but a good antivirus ( I use Kaspersky) will circumvent a Keylogger using a virtual keyboard. I use that feature to log into my bank accounts, credit card accounts, etc. Now I will use it for my "play time" accounts. I've been through 2 divorces and they are never easy. Good luck with than.
Nearly 100% positive this not usable by law enforcement except for investigation purposes. Surely no way it could be used as evidence. I know for sure that computer or key board tracking of any kind is not admissible in court. It is done without consent and is a felony.
