Re: Last minute usually doesn't work for me, especially with a new client.

Most of us I know prefer to set things up ahead of time.  Unfortunately, sometimes you are with peple and involved in things where you won't know until you are free until the last minute.

Ladies, do you really mind last minute, later that evening appointments, or are they just a necessary evil of the "world".

I absolutely adore last minute appointments. Much of the time, when the gentleman books in advance he cancels or sometimes does not even show up. I will have structured my entire day around an appointment only to be let down, and it will have consequently screwed up my day. The worst is early morning appointments, when I wake specifically for that and no one shows up, and I am tired all day. Last minute appointments I can schedule because I am in a good mood and know I will give my best session at that moment. The beauty of this business is being your own boss and having freedom -I hate work committments. That's just me though...

Of course advance notice is always preferred, but last minute get togethers are sometimes very welcomed.  We have schedules and personal lives just like everyone else.

Sometimes you are home with nothing scheduled or planned personally and a last minute appointment is great! Then, there are those times when you are running errands, have plans, or maybe just not feeling 100% or would need some time to get ready or travel. So in those cases, a last minute appointment would not work.

There were times when I was able to meet up with someone within an hour of the phone call on the spur of the moment. Then, there were appointments that were set up months in advance that had to be cancelled a day or two before due to some unforeseen circumstance by either side.

It works both ways. I know gentlemen who refuse to schedule appoints in advance because they don't want to have to cancel do to work or family obligations. The same applies from this side.  There is no harm to call at the last minute. If it works great, if not, next time!

Good luck, Sweetheart!  And, but the way, THANK YOU ;)

Its more probable that I will see someone last minute if we have met before since all we'd need to arrange is when to meet.  If Im available then of course its not a problem...no evils involved :)

However, if its someone new to me, I at least need enough time to screen and check references. Some ladies get back to me right away, others are busy or just not as quick and it takes them a day....sometimes more.  I do suggest if a guy wants to set up a date but not sure when, to get the screening out of the way in advance.  That way, when he is free, he's good to go.

Haley
A TER or Date-Check member works best for a last minute date without going through hoops to find info about them. I see you have been around awhile but no White Listings so I would need a good reference to go to meet you. With a few white lists a PM might work quickly but that has a few exceptions as well.

There's no one size fits all answer here but I have done many last minute dates.

I feel it's not only courtesy, but it also allows me to be at my best!

I am fully aware that life does get in the way sometimes, however, I DO NOT like to tell a gentleman that wishes to spend time with me that I am unable to see him.

Sweet Kisses!

I'm a planner myself.  It's a real bummer when you plan for an incall and people cancel.  And on the other hand scrambling to find an incall at the last minute is never fun either.  I prefer to be fresh and prepared for all my rendez-vous and a bit of effort is required to make this happen.  And last minute out-calls are pretty much the same, it can be difficult to get up at the dinner table with friends or walk out of a movie if you get a last minute call.  I guess you can call me the appointment setter :0)  I prefer a sure thing...But don't we all?

I do not mind last minute appointments. I think that it is better to make an appointment even though it could be last minute or a week out.

and I agree with them as well.

Me, personally, I do prefer advance notice. If you give advance notice, especially if you are from out of town, the time gap gives some great opportunities to get to know each other.  I love it when a gentleman sends me sweet, yet not graphic emails or messages me on yahoo.  This really allows you to get more acquainted and really builds up the anticipation.

There are rare occasions where I will take a same day appointment. However, you clearly have to have been in the hobby for abit.  Being on Date-check or P411 with 2 recent okays within 6 months will get you a same day visit.  However, if you on Ter, 2 reviews in the last 6 months and be able to pm me..same thing. I will gladly see you.

However, it is true that us ladies do have a personal life even if we love what we do.  Sometimes, same day/short notice is just impossible. It is extremely difficult if a lady needs to get a hotel room.  However, for those of us that have our very own incall...well it makes same day appointments that much easier.

As far as late night appointments, I prefer no appointments after 10pm but then again it could turn into a very HOT time!!!  You never know until you ask...
