I've been a proud hobbyists for sometime now (with over 40+ reviews posted), and unfortunately, I live in one of the most barren cities (Tallahassee) for quality providers.  I'm usually fortunate when we get visitors coming through every once in awhile, but I'm looking for a local provider for whom I can be a regular and who is top-notch.  Money isn't even an issue at this point (I'm willing to pay for quality).  I've been waiting for several years now, and I still keep coming up empty.  So I'm relying on Team TER (hobbyists AND providers) to recommend, refer, or lead me to at least one provider who is at least an 8.5+ overall (even if she hasn't been reviewed or is established).  I'm not necessarily looking for experience, but at least reliable, skillful, and professional.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

Sorry, it's not a suggestion. But I feel the same way. I live in Tally too.
