OK, I know that after childbirth boobs tend to shrink with the weight loss. But what else makes them end up without "the filling" to the pie? Last two providers I had were quite full at some time, but no more. I'm not critical, just curious.

maybe not wearing a bra or breast feeding or both or then again maybe weight loss which would mean extra skin in that area .... I have never had that problem but when I got implants ( and mine are extremely natural feeling btw no scars ) the Dr. explained never ever go without a bra and he used a sock filled with sand to show how they would look if not taken care of ( which would be like you described ) hope I helped ....happy hunting ...this is not meant to be mean to anyone  I am a very loving no drama type of woman xoxoox

It could also be something as simple as age.
Time takes it's toll on all things.
I'd be willing to bet that not many clients are anywhere close to where they were at 20 something. I know I'm sure not.

We expect an awful lot from the ladies...at any age...and expect them to accept us for what we are. Seems like they got the short end of the stick (no pun intended).

So while their boobs may get smaller...it's our guts that get bigger, noses, ears, and backs hairier.

We are fortunate to have them (or that they'll have us)...."less filling" and all.

Low body fat, age, etc.  The funniest thing I remember is a date I had with Diana of Dallas, one of the first ladies to advertise on the Internet (she told about it on the Ricky Lake Show), back in the late 80's, maybe early 90's.  She tried to postpone a date but I'd given her a deposit & was only there that day so she confessed an implant had leaked out & she had a "flat" & wanted to go to docs to get a refill.  I told her don't worry so she came on & it was indeed flat.  But she still had a nice round ass & wet pussy so we had fun. lol

My boobs haven't gotten smaller...yet, so at 40-something I feel blessed, lol.

Still plenty of natural "filling" to go around But I do watch my posture alot more now-LMAO!
