I'm sorry to hear that someone stole Luz's pictures.  Report her to each and every site that you're able to locate the fraudulent use.

I'm currently in the process of contacting various sites, in attempt to get providers banned or reprimanded for pics/website copy rite issues etc.

I've had my photos stolen twice now.  Luckily for me, I have a friend that keeps his eyes peeled for just such an incident.  I can understand a photo taken for another coast but right here in my own backyard, stupid!!!!  Sunny

When she first launched her website, it was nearly identical to mine...the format, words etc. (not the pics though..she stole those elsewhere ) I was so pissed, after investing the kind of dough that I put into my website.

What irked me even more, is that she used the same website designer that I did AND that my website designer would even think about duplicating my hard work, especially for someone local to me. Needless to say, after showing my ass (and not in a good way), her website was changed quickly!

If you use the Firefox browser I recommend the Tineye reverse image search extension.  The Tineye team has a long way to go in terms of indexing web images, but you'd still be amazed at how many images it will find ...

Remember:  the Moderators are here as volunteers to oversee the discussion boards.  

The review system, and review approval is handled by an entirely different group which is kept very far away from the discussion boards. I do not believe that they read the boards.  They use their best judgment based on what they read form the submitted review, as well as some relatively sophisticated software.

If you (or anyone) finds problems, you are invited to click the "Problem Report" button and submit that directly to the review team.

If your name is across the pic in a way it can't be edited out without losing the value of the pic will reduce the chance of picture theft, although not completely
