The HIV/AIDS is probably a scare tactic, just like the threat of being videotaped at the locations mentioned. These are not places that I frequent.

There is no end to what anti-prostitution groups will try.  My favorite was the signs hung on trees in Broward county a few years ago.

"90% of the prostitutes in this county have tested HIV +  Are you feeling lucky today?"

They are quite amusing in their constant battle against the illicit and disgusting acts that we enjoy so much lol.  I really think if they took the time to see a lady, they would look differently on the prune faced old hags they are married to, who haven't fucked them in 10 years!

Oh well, everyone is entitled to have "fun" in their own way!....................Or NOT!  

You are right upncummin.. They sit around with fat old wives who run the show at home and order them around. I remember the old 6 foot rule at the Tampa nude strip clubs. I had a friend who was a Tampa cop and he told me NO officer wanted that unercover duty. I also remember the waste of tax dollars for operation flea collar in 2001 which was eventually dismissed.

There are alot more importaint issues to worry about than people having good clean and safe fun.

If I ever catch that "video vigilante taping me I'll drop him to the ground and give him a uncovered Greek lesson with his zoom lens and push the record button. That will be his best shit taped to date.. LOL...
