I hate hotels so I would suggest looking into some of the time shares and resort rentals.

For what you pay to stay in a hotel on the beach, you can get a 2 bedroom condo for that same rate without all the hassle of maids up your ass and worrying about noise. I don't want to post exact companies in public, but feel free to email or pm for info.
