Aside from the obvious waste of effort and resources on the activities of consenting adults, the potential penalties absolutely boggle the mind...

$4 million dollars?  I'm always surprised at how much these agencies make. I've never used MC before or any big agencies for fear that they'd get busted and client records released to the public. Do you think this will happen with MC?

I doubt they will release the info to the public, unless minors were involved.

I'm sure/wishing someone with influence (or their brother, cousin) has called MC before
and will fight tooth and nail to make sure no client names get out.

When its a federal investigation, that's never a good thing. On top of that, you got IRS and Immigration and Customs Enforcement all are part of the investigation, that makes it even worse.

Once the feds are done with them in federal court, the IRS will take them on, than they will have to deal with ICE because they had alot of NON US visitors working for them from south American countries.
