Across the US and across the globe actually, I notice that rates are somewhat consistent $$ to $$$$ depending on services and appearance. This poor girl is going to either starve to death or there really is a sucker born every minute.

Quite surprising pricing structure, anyone who could afford $325 for 15 mins. would most likely go for a longer session. But I agree with others here, who in their right mind would shell out $325 for 15 minutes?
I thought at first it might just be a mis-print somewhere along the line, and then I looked at the "Economy Friendly Multiple Hour Rates"...not sure where Economy and Friendly come in to play there.
Couldn't find any reviews of her (not that there aren't any...but I couldn't find them and "Tara" seems to be a pretty common moniker out there), so have no clue whether or not she's found that guy who's born every minute yet.
In the end, business is after all business, and a provider can certainly charge whatever the market will bear...I just can't imagine what she might be offering that would support that price structure in the Miami market...
