You'll have to go back post-June 18 to research this, but as I recall Ms Steami is somehow seriously involved in the big racketeering case against TBD and others. She's either a witness or was arrested. Try to find a download of Exhibit A and read through both parts of it.

She is said to be a CI (confidential informant). After reading Exhibit A, it should be understood that unnamed CI's are being used to set up client arrests.  Of course, any non-believers can certainly feel free to take a chance and make a date with her.  The smart guys won't, though.
