Improper time, place and format.
It is not only improper to discuss "rumors" but also against TER rules to discuss someone that is no longer a member or TER.
This used to be a nice fun productive discussion forum. It is not the place to bring dirty laundry. The only proper rumor to discuss here is which song from Fleetwood Mac to play during ......I have been following this board since 2007 & have participated from time to time, although it has been a while since I have put myself in the middle of controversy. Why? It got old & I found it to be boring seeing the same things over & over again.
Now I find myself in a position that I need to address some rumors that have been floating around- above & below the surface. A well-known provider has had personal information put out there for people to see by another well known provider. This has caused a great deal of personal anguish for many reasons that I am not going to go into. In addition to that, another well known provider has circulated untrue information that the first provider has been arrested & now has her provider name & real name connected with LE. That information is completely untrue. I do not know why the rumor has been circulated but it is time for this BS to stop.
When it comes to rumors & outright nastiness toward each other it simply needs to stop. Please do not PM me asking for names- I am not giving out any of them. I just want to make it clear that these rumors are unfounded & untrue. It is time to stop these immature games & grow up

I believe I know who your speaking about and if it is the same lady the rumor is true I have her real name and saw her arrest record on the web. So to clarify this you would need to explain who it is your post just confuses the situation So my personal option is you should ask that your post be remove since to does not help anyone and really make no sense to post it
Ok, I really didn't want to go there, but obviously some people read their own meanings into what is said. First of all, rumors are NEVER true, by definition a rumor is "a story or statement in general circulation without confirmation or certainty as to facts". Once the story is confirmed, it then is reality.
The reason for the post, as stated in the title, is RUMORS. If you read the final paragraph of the post, you will see that I wrapped the post with the nastiness has to stop and people need to grow up. What I did in the post was explain a couple of examples of the outright meanness that s gong on & the message is that it has to stop.
As I said, I am not giving names- if you want to play detective, go for it. However, read & understand the ENTIRE message & don't tell me I am not helping anyone- I am actually trying to help bring the hobby community a little closer together by bringing attention to how it s bent torn apart.
Oh yeah. This crap your tossing out is really helpful. Don't mean to be nasty. Just telling it as I see it. To post this generic statement and no basis for it is meaningless is best and hurtful at worst.
Don't experts say people overwhelmed with guilt deny? Don't they also say that guilty people punish themselves

Arrest records are public information, so would not be hard for your "friend" to prove these allegations were either true or false if she even gives a shit. Providers are busted all the time. Some work with LE afterwards, and some don't skip a beat whilst protecting their clients. IMO when a provider is busted, the community has a right to know about it because she is now a risk to meet with in the early days after her arrest. Where was this so called information posted? On this board? If so, that's against the rules. If it was posted somewhere else, not much one can really do but ignore it and carry on.
There was a local provider who was busted not long ago and flat out admitted over email "I am working with LE and I set up a sting for you" lol. Damn right the idiot had her real name posted all over the place because she was making threats to out people.

It's the prostitution sting where a lady has been busted with drugs that worry me. There is a whole lot more freedom to lose from such a bust and I have noticed this a number of times, especially if there are priors.
As far as rumors go i'm not sure who we are speaking about. What I hate, is when a lady tells others to stop the rumor mill when she herself is full of it and much drama. I'm sure there was a year when I was the talk of the town and my reputation was squat. I know how awful my life was and care not go there again.
I'm not talking about you London but your answer seems most fitting to what I have to say or add. Please forgive my post under yours but perhaps some true meaning can grow from what you had to say and others might be able to bring it forward.

True, and I have no clue who the OP is referring to in this case. I simply added what someone local did to many of us and the reason her name was allowed to be posted all over the place. If a provider has just been busted, I don't think her real name should be outed, but I do think the community has a right to know "provider name" was busted. The simple truth is, we do not know she is working with LE until it's too late.
