....that particularly bothers me, but at the same time, it's also not something that is unique to the Florida Board either.  I spend a lot of time on the road so frequent several of the TER regional boards, and in the end, while some are certainly more active (this one) than others, the promotional flavor, theme days, and approach to the various topics isn't all that dramatically different from one to the next.

many of the contributors who made the board fun and interesting have either left or are holding back comments until things settle down.  BTW, the way you ask your question implies that the girls are doing something wrong.  Let the ladies post their theme day pics and hopefully the Florida discussion board will one day rise to the top...as it was not too long ago.

I have to take some responsibility (or all, hehehehe)
for being confused about TER as a whole.
I admit, I have NOT taken the time to REALLY TRY to learn it.

I imagine it's frustrating for Admin,
when people don't take the time to LEARN
& make unnecessary mistakes.

I have never been at studying anything like computer stuff.

I MIGHT hire The Geek Squad to come here & help me learn.

So he's calling THIS board an ad board (Ad board #1).

THEN, there's the REAL Florida ad board (Ad board #2).

If I were you, I'd hit the tab that says "TER General Boards" at the top of the page, and look around and see the General Discussion board.  I think this might be what you're calling the "big board" with folks from all over the country.

A piece of advice, thuogh: read it for a little while before you begin to post.

Also, there's a Meet & Greet board under the TER General Boasrd tab as well, and you'll find info there about M&G's all over the country.

Good, bad or the ugly this is where the insider or lurkers goes for Florida info about the hobby. Every word you post is an attention getter as well as pics. Intelligence goes a long way but I think pictures rule. Stage presence and fantasy round out the rest of a ladies approach.

Ladies do understand this concept well and use it to their best interest
