Just wondering, myself personally, I prefer an incall at a 3.5 star hotel or above.  I think I can "blend in" and not look suspicious and I am in control of my surroundings.  No hidding cameras or gated communities and nobody needs to know my personal information other that the hotel.  My private residence is just that, Private.  And I have heard stories of horror about ladies being followed and such and nevermind the neighbors, who needs them talking....

i rent a cozy little studio apartment in a very upscale neighborhood, solely for the purpose of entertaining.  its quiet and anonymous - no gated entry, no cameras, no front desk security.  i feel safer and more comfortable there than in a hotel, because it's my own space and i'm surrounded by my own lovely things.  it's decorated to my taste, and so shows a bit of my personality, which is important because my encounters are VERY personal and intimate!  there's enough hustle and bustle in the neighborhood that no one is paying attention to my comings and goings.  i'm a  very low volume provider and i prefer longer encounters, and so rarely - if ever - do i have more than one guest on any given day.  for these reasons, i really have no concerns about nosy neighbors...and because this little oasis is my pied a terre and not my primary residence, i don't worry about followers or stalkers, either.  i'm never there unless i have a guest!  i feel it's the best of both worlds, the perfect solution for me, and exactly the ambience i'm trying to create for my encounters.

alternatively, if we're talking about a romantic weekend getaway a deux...sometimes its a sinfully luxurious four- or five-star resort, or sometimes it's a small, quiet and impossibly intimate B&B...

I prefer if she has a private incall in a nice neighborhood (preferably not gated community) or a nice 3-4-5 star hotel.

I've been to some great incall locations and some awful ones, and regardless of the service, if the incall location made me uncomfortable, I've never gone back.

Bad incall can be an even bigger deal breaker than no DFK or no DATY

Nice hotels are probably my preference. 3.5 stars or above for sure, with room service!

I have enjoyed meeting gents at their private residences so we can enjoy their various amenities together- a naked dip in the pool, a sex swing, etc... but yes the possibility of hidden cameras is always there.

When I first started my first appt. was at a famous "no tell motel" and it was to say the least "scary".  It took me to have 2 appts. in this location to realize I would not go back..

For years, I decided to use my personal home to work out of.  I too have heard some horror stories, however I screened (and still do) soo well that I really didn't worry too much.  Actually a couple of years ago, I never had any issues with a gent but sure did with another lady. This particular lady knew where my home was and decided it was appropriate to come to home unannounced (while I was home I chose not to answer my door as I didn't want any issues). This, have to admit, was the worse thing that ever happened to me.

Well over a year ago I decided to move my personal residence and got my own private incall.  Now I have no issues at all.  I love my private incall as everything is there that I need and I too, don't go there unless I need to. It's animal free, well stocked with refreshments, comfortable furniture, candles, music, fresh towels (including warm towels just after our time together), gorgeous decorations. nice lighting and of course, a very comfortable bed. Like most girls that have an incall, I am low volume so not to set up any red flags to the neighbors. I have not even chatted with my neighbors, nor will I.  The best part is that I am very easy to find for the gents in a very nice neighborhood.

As far as outcall, I will not go to primary residences for the first time around--as well as I will stay out of a certain county that us girls know is a no-no. I will gladly go to any hotel however prefer 3star on up.  I will always present myself professionally and/or casually as to not put any flags to anyone.  Even with my big breasts I am very discrete!!

Now I will gladly accept an invitation to an office, plane, boat...yea now that all sounds sooo HOT!!

All I know is that I love to play and believe you can always see the positive where ever you are. However, safety and comfort is #1...

Maybe it's just me, but I just feel less sleazy that way. Safety is also a big concern. If I do my homework right, the lady I'm meeting values the same things I do; safety, discreet, upscale etc. I typically let her pick the place since she knows the in and outs of the hotels. I have had a few appointments in a condo and apartment that were rented just to entertain clients. I enjoyed those appointments just as much  or more than the upscale hotel.  
On the other hand, my 2nd appointment in the hobby was at an incall that really spooked me. I read the reviews and most of the guys described her place as cozy. I was far from cozy. There were way too many people walking around this not so nice neighborhood and I felt like everyone knew exactly what I was doing there. The mattress was on the floor. the bedspread looked like it was discarded from a motel 6, and she had a clock radio that seemed like it played commercials only. It took me 3 months before I built up the nerve to get back into the game and call another provider.

I checked out apartments, condos and houses for some time before making my choice. I was looking at one bedrooms first but felt it lacked space for my furniture so the normal one bedroom wouldn't work for me. Now having a 3 bedroom 2 bath house gives me room to spread out and decorate.

I will only go to a gentleman's home if we have met before or he has very good references.

Although my home base use to be a cheap no tell motel I never would go to a cheap motel a gentleman may call from. Also the only hotels I will visit are with 3.5 star or better but only after checking the gentleman out.

My preference is my comfort zone:  either a resort or a 5-star.  It says a lot about a lady when you see how she melds into an elegant environment.  My first encounter with Alyssa was at one of the swanky South Florida resorts, and she walked through the lobby in a gorgeous, flowing orange patterned dress, as if she just came back from Worth Ave.  She both owned it and did not stand out, other than being terribly, naturally gorgeous with a glowing smile.  A true GFE encounter with a longer date is very accentuated by this type of environment.  Yea, I need to try a little kink one day . . . .

I would probably feel uncomfortable about an in-call location unless I knew exactly where it is (and I have no objections with the area) beforehand... And since usually that's not the case (knowing beforehand the specific incall location), I would settle for a nice hotel.

I feel in control, I feel comfortable and I feel relaxed like that.

My only gripe, and this is the reason why I hobby only when out of town in business or road trip w/o my SO, is that staying in a local hotel just to hobby seems so... risky. Like the chances of being seen by someone that knows me are too high.

Just not during hunting season

I had no idea that providers were concerned about private cameras but I guess that concern is warranted with all the crazy people.  I just really would prefer to not have her to my home until we have met at least once and I feel comfortable.  

As far as incall at least a 3 star hotel at minimum.  I love the 5 star hotels just like everyone else but I am only there for an hour or 2 so it isn't super important.  The important thing is that I feel safe and I am quite strict on who I see, meaning no backpage surfing for me.
