Ladies...while I love you all dearly...I'm asking you to help me...and indirectly yourselves.
When you post a new ad, modify an existing one, or post to a thread....don't then immediately PM me asking me to approve it...or post the same thing 9 times hoping it will magically show up.
While I'm not (contrary to popular belief) an old bastard with no life who sits in his underwear monitoring TER all day....I have a very good turn around time. Yesterday may have been an exception...but even we old bastards in our underwear get to spend time a phenomenal woman once in a while. 
If you think this is directed towards "you"....it's not. I moderate several boards and after four hours away from the board yesterday I had 28 request PMs to "approve my post" and 52 duplicate posts from people wanting them to go up faster. Guess what? This takes even more time to go through.
In a phrase....patience is a virtue. This isn't Twitter and no one is going to die, or lose money, if their post doesn't go up within seconds.

... what a "moderator" goes thru, been there, done that. I know one just want to pull his/her hair out saying to yourself " WTF are the people thinking - stop it, STOP IT" Not suggesting this, but I have on ocassion PM'd a poster back and asked WHY are doing this, STOP or I'll ban you. I know you are probably sitting in front of multiple screens hours on end - why do we have to read DUPS, just so the poster can get his message ahead of everyone else. It doesn't work that way - when will they learn?
