I am a new entry to TER and live in Fort Lauderdale area.    As many quality ladies ask for references or a verification,  what is best:  is it DateCheck or Preferred 411?    I don't want to sign up for something that is not acceptable to many fine ladies I would like to meet.    Hope someone with experience can help me out.

Find a newbie friendly provider and see if she's on DC.  She can give you the first okay if things go well.  Good luck and happy hobbying.

I prefer DC, it seems to be more prevalent in my area and I think it is more user friendly from my perspective.

When I was trying to decide whether to sign-up for D-C or P411 (or both), I simply looked at each site and checked the providers that were listed with them in the areas in which I was interested.  For me and the geographic regions I frequent, Preferred 411 had more listings that I thought were worth pursuing.  Therefore, I joined P411 and have been happy with it since.

However, if you have no references, you might want to be prepared to use other means of verification for possibly the first couple of ladies. After that, you should be ok in not providing some information.  Like others said..find a newbie friendly lady.  It is not uncommon for some ladies to only accept references.

that I can't answer that question.  It is all up to date-check.  I find that most well known providers do accept date-check.  However, each girl runs things their own way.  If they have a web site, 9 out of 10 chances they will have the logo somewhere on their site.  If not, just ask them. I am sure they will let you know.
