Hello NEW ladies to the TER Florida board!
You know who you are. You're the ones who have been trying to get your ads posted for the last week...sometimes trying 8 times a day. I can't PM you...and most of you have no email contact....so I'm putting it here.
Let me first say that we are a friendly bunch overall...and love new additions. We accept new members with open arms (and other body parts) and look forward to welcoming you into the fun, frolicking fold that is the Florida board.
But first....let me help you help yourself.
As much as we all don't like rules....we have them here. Your ads, while we really want to see them, must follow those rules.
Short version is that this isn't Craigslist or Backpage so your subject line should actually be legible. You can't link to other review sites, use stolen pics of Playmates from a couple years ago, or insert links to your pay-per-view webcam.
So....following is a refresher course for the simple rules we have around this happy place.
Read up...follow along....and you'll be posting in no time.
It's better for you, because you can actually get your ads up....and it's better for everyone else because when I have 20 bad ads to look at and disapprove, I tend to get grumpy. And no one likes a grumpy Daego.
We look forward to welcoming you into the community!
Your not-too-grumpy-yet mod,
DD
Ladies,
These guidelines are posted on a regular basis for your review and education. Unfortunately many have chosen to ignore or attempt to bypass these guidelines. While it is VERY important to read the information below, let's cover the basics in an easy to understand manner:
1. No symbols in ad subject lines.
2. No ads or subject lines in all CAPS.
3. You must have the TER logo on your website according to the rules below.
4. If traveling you MUST put the dates in your subject line.
5. ONE ad every seven (7) days.
6. If you are posting on a message board to a general thread and not a theme day, and you include your picture...THIS WILL BE CONSIDERED YOUR WEEKLY AD. (meaning stop slipping this into your regular posts as "extra" advertising)
Again, these are just the basic rules, and the information below needs to be read and learned.
*** MAKE NOTE ***
Not following these rules will get un-moderated providers moderated. Moderated providers may think there is no recourse, so some pay little attention to the rules.
From now on...after being warned...moderated providers who continue to blatantly ignore these rules......will have ALL POSTS BLOCKED FOR 30 DAYS.
That's right. Nothing...not a weekly ad or even a response to an existing thread will see the light of day for 30 days...and no amount of complaining will change that.
So please consider yourselves educated and warned....and govern yourselves accordingly.

Ladies need to have the TER seal/banner on either page 1 or page 2 of your website in order to post an ad on TER. If not, your ads will not be approved. (Unless your website is a mall, like Eros or citivibe, backpage, still recommend to have a TER link to your reviews)
TER logo/banner can be downloaded here below, copy & paste to your browser.:

Touring Ladies: You need to have your touring dates in the subject line of your ad to be able to post it.

Detailed guidelines for posting Theme Day Threads on TER are listed below. TER staff or the *Moderators may, at their discretion and judgment, remove any post that in their opinion do not follow these guidelines.
Theme Day Picture Threads may be posted one per day maximum on the Regional Boards only. The OP (Original Poster) of the Thread may only be started by a Local Provider of that Regional Board, and may not be posted before 5 AM EST (Local Board Time) the day of the Theme Thread. Providers are allowed only one photo per Thread, and need to stick to the Theme and not post unrelated pic to Theme (which will be removed). They may reply thanks to any compliments by the gentleman.
Local Providers and Touring Providers and Agencies may participate on the Theme Day Threads. Agencies may only post one picture of one lady per Theme Day Thread. Out of State providers who are Not touring the area will have their post removed for spamming, & will be moderated if they continue posting on the Themes.
Theme Days are meant and encouraged to be fun, and good for marketing but ladies these are Not Ads, so don’t try to turn them into one. MINIMUM text will be allowed in the body of the post (again, don’t make this an ad or I’ll pull it, or count it as your ad), Keep to the Theme. Please do not type in all CAPS on the subject line. No text other than a Watermark Trademark of the provider or provider name, ‘Theme Day Like Name’ or photographer copyright is allowed on the photo. No websites, phone numbers, dates, cities, state “Come see me”, etc will be allowed any where on the post or picture. No website link, or review links other than the provider’s embedded TER review profile link at the top right of their post is allowed (See My Reviews).
Theme Day pictures cannot be posted by anyone other than the provider themselves or their booker. Ladies, do not ask guys to post pix for you—it only gets them moderated. Guys are NOT allowed to start Theme Days, or the thread will be deleted. Local Ladies only are allowed to start Theme Day threads.
Any violation of these guidelines and the posts will be removed by the moderators. Repeat offenders may be moderated.
Ladies, It is Highly Recommended that the providers who participate be original and follows the Theme of the photo thread. Use a variety of pictures for the various Themes, and please don’t continue posting the same photos over and over. Digital cameras are affordable these days. Have your girlfriends or clients take Theme photos on Your Own Camera so you have control over them and can download to your computer to post on the Theme Days. This will keep your pictures current, fresh and fun.
Ladies, for etiquette in posting, please post your picture under the OP’s original post and not under any of the ladies who post after the Thread has been started. It is easier to follow on the Theme Day Thread this way.
Please refer to Provider Ad Posting Guidelines as well.
…and what they are looking for, or when a hobbyist is visiting the area and looking.
And BTW guys…..that’s the proper board to post your inquiries, per TER rules below:
ADS & ISO POSTS
Ads and In Search Of posts are not allowed on the General Discussion board. Any provider post that contains a picture of the provider that is not a direct response to the topic of the thread will be considered an ad.
In Search Of posts should be posted on the ISO board, Porn Stars board, or the Transsexual board.
Ads may only be posted on the appropriate regional boards, the Porn Stars board, or the Transsexual board.
For detailed guidelines on ad posting, please read the guidelines posted here: Ad Posting Guidelines
http://www.theeroticreview.com/discussion_boards/viewmsg.asp?MessageID=16802&boardID=33&page=
…..the proper board which is the “In Search Of” Board, per TER rules. I move them there anyway, see rules below:
ADS & ISO POSTS
Ads and In Search Of posts are not allowed on the General Discussion board. Any provider post that contains a picture of the provider that is not a direct response to the topic of the thread will be considered an ad.
In Search Of posts should be posted on the ISO board, Porn Stars board, or the Transsexual board.
Ads may only be posted on the appropriate regional boards, the Porn Stars board, or the Transsexual board.

Which brings up another little point.
If you are reading this...you probably don't know what EOM means.
It means End Of Message. This is what should be put at the end of all posts where the entire message is contained in the subject line. This keeps people from clicking on posts only to find there is nothing inside to read. After a while it gets annoying...and after more of them...people complain to me.
So...keep in mind that EOM means End Of Message....and use it when it applies.
Thanks.
do I have to rite something in this box?
EOM! You GO now!
Ok....maybe a naughty Teddy Bear..... ![]()

Its not part of any other board I frequent. Can it be removed? Another small request would be that all ads include the areas provided in the subject line. I hate drooling over pictures when they are not even in the same zip code as me. *end of rant* TY
Why is there a subject line in the reply?
Do you mean why is the subject line filled in when you reply to a message?
Your point about areas provided being in the subject line is excellent!!!
Some ladies forget that this is a state board and not a city board. A city or area in the subject line would be helpful to the guys...and smart marketing for the gals.
I think that you do an incredible job !
How you moderate this board plus "New England " and " Atlanta " is unreal .
You are always very polite in all of your responses , unlike , I would imagine some of the mail that you receive.
I , for one, appreciate all that you do to make the "Florida Board " , a very smooth , well run board !
When I click the post reply button there should not even be a subject line to fill in. You should only have the reply message box. I mean we know the subject already and are replying to it. The subject box should only show up if you are starting a new topic. I bet this is something you can discuss with an admin. I would think they can turn it off and save everyone the headache.
What you should do is CHANGE the subject line so it indicates the topic of YOUR reply.
If admin changes anything, it shouldn't be possible to send until the subject line is modified.
