will be in Miami Beach and will have a dinner date and would like to go for eating on Ocean Drive. There are so many and they look very "touristic", if somebody has a recommandation to find good restaurant.

Amazing food, great atmosphere, their rating on Zagat is 27/30 so you can't go wrong, additionally and very close to Ocean Drive is Smith and Wollensky, amazing view and just very private and romantic on the outside area.

The best thing to do is to take a stroll on Ocean Drive and look at the menus.  There are restaurants with a variety of cuisines to fit every taste.  The most famous restaurant on South Beach is Joe's Stone Crab, which is not part of the Ocean Drive scene.  If you wan Ocean Drive, the News Café has been there forever, and A Fish Called Avalon gets excellent reviews.  Usually if I go there, I might have one destination in mind, but then I find something else that strikes my fancy.  
 You would do best to just go there and stroll
