It took me over a week and really hurt my biz while I was on tour, but I just kept emailing TER Support and they finally took it down.  they gave the guy a chance to prove it happened, and he never responded---what does that tell you.
It was completely fabricated- the guy never saw me.

If it's any consolation, I always discard any single bad review. For one, no one can always be on point and we all have bad days. Now if there are multiple bad reviews, I'll look elsewhere. It's funny because my ATF had a bad review recently and as I read it, I was like what is this guy talking about? I even check what other reviews they have done to see if they are habitual, some people just can't be pleased. I wish some of these characters could see themselves through another persons eyes.  Don't sweat one or two bad review ladies.

Seems like you blew up and went into a rage mode??  Seriously come on now.. Hypothetically speaking if someone was trying to ruin your business would you want to "Just grin and bear it?"  I personally know Jenna and know what kind of person she is. I've also been to her home. I've read the review in question and there is Nothing in there that even remotely comes close to accurately describing where she lives. There are several of us providers that have been through problems with the provider that created the username. Jenna isn't the only one that she has "TRIED" to ruin their business.  
It's your right to see whom ever you please, but if you decide not to see Jenna you will be missing out..  Or is this just another persona of the guilty provider?

Yea some of one are fake and tho I asked them to be removed, they still there. Fuk it. Ain't nobody got time to be doing all that's needed to get s fakir down...especially twice .
So, it's still there. No skin off my back but it will be off someone and that won't be on me coz I tried.
In the end, dudes be thinking the fake reviewers are legit, and trust their reviews then BAM....
Based on post and how some feel deep down about us, I don't put anything past any of em on here. Jus sayin
