I have lost a total of 60.2 pounds! Feel amazing, only sick a couple of times from eating too quickly. But adjusting nicely to the new me. It's awesome to see the weight melt away. I joined a gym too to help me build muscle and burn more fat.

Will return to the hobby VERY soon, as I have a lot of lost time to make up for.

Here's a picture of me pre-op weighing 421.2 lbs. Scary to think that was just 8 weeks ago, but exciting too to think I'll never be that size again.

Thanks to everyone here for their support and encouragement. Very much appreciated.

Keep up the good work and can't wait to see the "after" pic, you hot, sexy thing!!!

It's important fot your health, but don't loose too much, tho, I like my men with lots of "meat".

Kisses!

My personal trainer said he has a client that had the surgery in March and so far has gone from 650lbs. to 389lbs!!!

It is important that you get with a personal trainer and start working out right away so the extra skin doesn't get so loose you'll never get rid of it.

Good luck honey!!!
