Well tis the season for holiday travel. Who is traveling when why and how long?

I myself leave on Thursday early morning to the mountains of tn for almost 3wkd.
First family reunion in 10yrs.  So ofcourse I got to b a wk early to help my mother out with it all. But it's alway a good time. And staying thru the new yr bc I wanted to avoid the return travelers .lol

I'm landing in Zurich, then going in train to Italy, the plan is to go thru Milan, Florence, Rome, Venice, Pisa, Tirano, Turin, and others, but not in that order. Then catch a train to Paris for new year's party. Then fly back to Miami.

Fun fun!

awesome trip! I went on a cruise once and flew into Milan to take a train to Venice from where the ship took off. I saw Venice, and the cruise went all around the boot of Italy, along the Italian Riviera, finally docking in Nice. It was a fab journey! I prefer to travel by train or land myself, but it was a gift, and it was decadent luxury! :)

Happy travels!!
