the few clubs I've been too up there are small but nice and very service oriented. I was at one in which the owner came up to me after I had a meeting with a new gal and he wanted to make sure I was treated well...unfortunately most of my business keeps me in Hessen and traveling the 2 hours to Dusseldorf can be a challenge.
It depends where you go. Golden Time (Dutch Border), Acapulco (Velbert), Planet Happy Garden (outskirts of Krefeld), Villa Vertigo (almost next to Planet Happy Garden) and Livingroom (Kaarst, just outside Duesseldorf proper), Dolce Vita (actually in Duesseldorf) and Magnum (just on the east side of Duesseldorf) are large clubs with usually between 50 and a 100 girls. Acapulco, Magnum and Golden Time push 100 girls on a daily basis (although Magnum goes up and down).
The smaller clubs are mostly found a bit more north in the 'Ruhrpott' between Duisburg and Dortmund. These clubs have up to twenty girls and usually higher service levels (Neby, Luderlounge, Arabella, Venera, Grimberg, Villa Venus, etc.). In some of these bareback sex is standard as well btw.
In Duesseldorf itself you also have Panthera (around 20 girls, good food and high service levels) and Blue Note which is even smaller, but with equally good service (same owners). Dolce Vita and Livingroom are very doable by public transportation btw.
In any case, really a lot of options in this area.
