Most of Europe is on par with the US as far as rates go, but the further east you go, the lower the rates seem to get. I can't imagine paying 2,000 Euros for a night with any woman in Moscow, but Americans and Western Europeans might think the price is very fair.

In short, I think you need to do a lot more research if you actually plan on going to Belgium
