From what I understand, and as best as I can get comprehend through the language barrier, the girls are employees of the FKK. They receive government health care (including, I want to say, monthly if not weekly STD testing) and retirement benefits. Because all of this is 100% legal, there isn't the pressure for after-hours hook-ups to build an external client customer base. The only possible hook-up I could imagine coming out of an FKK or PT would be a featured visiting porn star. Banging her at the FKK is still a bargain, even if they charge 2x the going rate.

All the girls are freelance workers who pay the club an entrance fee just like you would. The only difference is that you are paying for services and they are there to make money. The girls do not kick-back any money to the club other than the entrance fee and purchase of condoms.
I have gone to FKK clubs in Germany (Frankfurt) almost 20 times in my lifetime and have made friends with several girls.
While you can make arrangements with the girl, you do have to build a relationship before they are going to meet you at your hotel. Also, most girls don't like their photos taken (especially their face), so making a video or photo shoot is YMMV.
