Any recommendations for things to do or see (or not do or see for that matter) in Amsterdam?  I will only have 2 days there.  Could be hobby or non-hobby related.

Hobby:
Obviously a trip thru the red light district. (Not really my thing but that is just me)
Do some research on window girls though -- you really need to negotiate everything up front.  

Stay away from the strip joints / sex shows nearby -- ripoff clip joints if you ask me.

FS massage house Asmara is interesting.

check out a few "coffee" houses. If you don't know what to do there just ask and they will help you out.

The usual tourist stuff can fill two days easily. My first time I took one of the canal boats where you can hop on hop off to get around. (Though trams are easy too)

One thing I did last time was go on a bike tour that took you out of the city a little bit -- easy ride and was worth it.
