Readthe FKK thread for some clubs in Germany. there is a similar club (lower quality I hear) in Prague called the sexy sauna. For the rest there are a few places like Relax5, Showpark and a few others... but most of the mongering happens in privates. Usually you are expected to pick your girl upfront.
I had a great time at this brothel. You pay a small admission fee (no big deal), then you walk around the circular corridor that has many individual rooms. Each woman is standing in front of her own room, waiting for a customer. You pick one, then strike a bargain and go for it! I don't know if they are couples-friendly.
