Any recommendations or advice is highly appreciated.
I get the feeling that Agency is more prominent than independent, is that true?

Im going to Brussels as well in February beginning again

And yes, agencies there way better, plus if you do not like what they have in Brussels, you can always look from agencies in Amsterdam or just Nederland's, they do travel and not that expensive actually.
Will have way more options from what to choose
