This is false.  Debt day GWB took office $5.35 Trillion.  Day he left office $9.88 Trillion.  After 13 months with Obama-fool $12.45 Trillion with another $1.3 Trillion added for FY2010.  And his budget projects to $26 Trillion by 2016.  Luckily he'll be gone long before.
