An IT company was looking for an individual who had the ability to come up with answers to complicated issues, using not only accepted pathways, but also being able to “think outside the box”. They had narrowed the field down to three candidates and brought them in to present a final test question.
Each applicant was given the same question and were told to return tomorrow with an answer. The question was: If you had a young woman lying nude on her left side in a bed, and a man, also nude, lying on his left side up behind and in contact with her, what might you think the man’s name was?
The next day the applicants returned with the answers.
The first applicant, a young man with a degree in logic said “There is no answer to this question because no causality can be deduced from the limited information given. The second applicant a computer expert, said “There can be many answers, but the amount of name combinations is beyond any computer applications we now have.”
The third man, a retired psychologist paused for a moment and then said “I think the man’s name can be reduced to two choices.” “Two choices?” said the interviewer “How is that?”
“Instinct” replied the older candidate. Again the interviewer seemed puzzled, but said “OK, what are the names?”
The older candidate replied “Willy Turner or Willy Nailer”.

but I certainly knew what kind of man he is is.
