Something like that happened to me.  I was running down a path in the Everglades.  I mistakenly thought an alligator was chasing me.  I had heard they can run fast for a short distance.  Obviously I was breathing deeply.  I sucked in some kind of big bug.  It choked me and I puked it and and everything else in my stomach out.  I didn't stop to investigate.  I still thought the gator was after me.  Fastest quarter mile I ever ran. Believe me, the Everglades really are beautiful
