I was looking for a Dallas/Fort Worth provider that I saw some years ago, Julia Carr.  Is she still around, retired?  Her site is down and I was wondering if anyone had a idea of how to contact or further information?

She gave me one of the best experiences I've ever had.  Alas, she retired about 2 - 3 years ago.
