Sorry for the stupid question. I'm going to dallas next month and was wondering how stupid is it to use craiglist to find a GFE. I see tons of girls that post, they seem affordable but I am terrified a cop is waiting to arrest me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

....I've had success on CL but you must be very careful to wade through all the signs of scammers, bait-and-switch artist, rip-off artist, fake PICs, etc, etc, etc,  And the skills to do this takes an experienced Hobbyist and that is not even guaranteed.

So stick to reviewed ladies and the more mainstream sources of provider information.  The old saying mostly applies "you get what you pay for."  With that said.....be careful of VIP types and those who charge above industry standard rates because they are notorious for false advertising (highly airbrushed PICs, use of old PICs,) and providing industry standard service for so-called "VIP" pricing.

Ok, then another dumb question: How do I know that the ladies that are reviewed here aren't LE as well? Could the cops get really clever and put a bunch of reviews up of a fake lady? Sorry if this sounds dumb -- just don't want to get busted.

There are quality ladies who post ads on CL, but they can be hard to find. You're more likely to get bait-and-switched, upsold, or NCNS'd than meet a cop, though. I mean, the risk is still there that the person behind the ad is LE, of course, but that's not your only hazard.

Why not stick with the fine, established, reviewed ladies of TER, plenty of whom offer an affordable GFE?

I prefer BP over CL, although never without followup here on TER. I travel a lot and I find BP ads are a very quick and easy way to find who is in a certain city while I am there, whether local providers or providers on tour there. However, I never see a provider without reviews, I always search TER by phone number or name/location combo, and pass on the provider if I can't find any reviews. I would suggest using the same methodology with CL as well. Many times a well established provider, even VIPs will post "specials" on BP or CL when their business is slack on a given day or at a given location, great opportunity for us clients!

I started hobbying in the late 90's once ladies started using the Internet... always had the same fears and I asked dumb questions and turned ladies off. It's a wonder I ever got a date. Slowly I learned the game. Back then there was not a lot of help like there is today.

One thing for sure is - the overall consensus of DO NOT USE CL - BP is okay, but still a lot of homework.

The best thing to do - is become a member of boards like this - there are others - and become a member of P411 or one of those services - it takes a lot of homework to get yourself established - but once you do - it's very safe out there as I only see very well reviewed ladies.

A note about reviews - sure LE could dummy up a bunch of reveiws - but then you click on the reviewer - if he only has one or two reviews then it's not that reliable - if a guy has 10 or more reviews - that's pretty good. Also look at the style of writing - do the reviews look like anybody put any effort into them? or do they all look like the same person wrote them?

Lastly - you never ask the obvious questions and you never hand the donation to the lady - you simply put the envelope in an obvious place. I don't think a lady has ever touched the envelope while in session, even when I go to the bathroom. Professional ladies and gentlemen in this hobby seem to have an unwritten understanding.
