Sorry everyone, there just wasn't enough provider interest in the contest.  A postmortem analysis:

1) This was a bad idea OR

2) The idea was o.k. but my approach was wrong

Maybe someone else can devise a better contest.  I think any future contest will need to include a significant upside for our providers.  Two possibilities:

a) All voters book the winner OR

b) Each voter books the provider he votes for

i was hoping it would go over big,im sure theres a way to make it work,maybe if each voter dontates $$$$,not sure what amout ,it would be more challenging, then of course someone has to collect the money to give to the winner.must give this more thought.
i think it is still a good idea,...lets not give up on this!!!!
