You could also try posting on the "In Sesrch of" Board, or on the Regional Board as well, under "Other Cities".

Depends on what you are looking for in a provider. No reviewed providers exist in the immediate area the last time I looked (6 months ago). Occasionaly one may stop by for a few days when travelling. The first two responses contained good advice. Search on the 'Other cities' board for Shreveport, or the 'In Search Of' board.
