I've had a problem finding caucasian providers who are willing to provide service to black men. Is this a rule of thumb or have I just had a run of bad luck?

Since you are located in the heart of the south, I would advise you see some of the visiting ladies f/ California or northern states. The providers in those areas are less worried about the IR taboo. BTW this is not always the rule of thumb, but a little easier making appt. The L.A ladies donation may be a tad higher but, if that’s the experience you are looking for good luck to you.
