I have the opportunity of visiting Colorado for the first time. If you had a day to explore the Denver area where would you insist on stopping? I'm a foodie, yogi, appreciate live music, adore nature and being active although driving long distances isn't my thing. Where is the one place that if you ever moved away you'd miss in Colorado?

Visit Boulder creek ...hike there to Elephant mountain ..  go to Boulder waterfall
