Louisville is close to Boulder. There are Ad Boards under Colorado and simply approach whom-ever is your "type" who may be listed closer to Boulder (North Denver also is close) ..It's also small-town-ish with not really any higher end hotels- so putting the lady at ease that she is not ending up at a Motel 6 (unless you really are..lol) in your email into would help.
