Have you ever decided NOT to see a lady who fits your preference - because her name is that of someone you know?? (eg wife, mother, sister, boss, school teacher, etc)

of all the reasons NOT to see a lady, I imagine that one is kinda far down on the list.  Actually I had some hot teachers now that i think about it.......

I was once with a lady, long before the days of TER, with the same name (and about the same age) as my daughter. We met in the bar of the hotel I stayed at. I made my approach before learning her name. When I learned it, I felt very awkward, but she overcame it.

In fact when I come across their TER profiles; I simply skip them (even its someone whom I find physically attractive) I will not see any provider who shares the same name as my wife, daughters or mother  

Similar names to business associates, however, do not bother me in the least.

I'm not sure how I would react in that situation.  It would depend on how badly I wanted to see her as to whether or not I would.  Have seen several that share names with girls I know in real life, and never even gave it a second thought.  But the people I know were not any of the relationships you mentioned.

Hmmm..honestly I saw one lady because she had the same name as my ex, figured I could scream out the name and not get it wrong for once.

I'm pretty sure if it troubles you most ladies will let you call them whatever you want, it's not like they were born with the name they're using.
