I found this on the newbie board pertaining to mini reviews!!

Mini-Reviews may only be posted on visiting providers with 3 or fewer TER Reviews.  If a provider already has 4 or more TER Reviews, a Mini-Review is not needed -- look up the existing TER Reviews in the database.

Mini-Reviews may only be posted on visiting providers with 4 or more TER Reviews if none of the TER Reviews were posted within the past 3 months.

So, I can't post  a mini review on how wonderful  my visiting ATF, Abby, the grad school student, was today, until May!! ;o)
