I have a provider that is sort of scaring me, "stalking". Accusing me of crazy stuff and now saying she will blacklist me if I say anything bad about her. I am using an alias until I know what to do. I am RS2000 and P411, I review here and NEVER a problem with any ladies, most really like me. Bottom line me (and a few other guys) know she is like this.
What (according to her) was your blacklist-worthy offense? If she flipped out on you for canceling on her or something like that, take comfort in the fact that we girls take those sorts of blacklist entries with a grain of salt. The ones we worry about have to do with shorting the envelope, abusive behavior, and other sorts of dangerous or potentially dangerous douchebaggery.
That said, I feel like you're not giving us the whole story. How did this all come up? How is she "stalking" you? Why would she be concerned about you "saying anything bad about her?" We need more details to give you some sound advice.

Chicks like that make it harder for the rest of us. It's behavior like this that makes guys reticent about being screened, and that puts all of us in danger.
