What do you mean by "North Shore" or "upscale provider"? I know of the large geographic reference to North Shore as well as the street. And a provider's description is often in the eye of the beholder.
There are several ladies listed on TER who are on the far northside, such as BeBeDoll, Amber (redhead), Tina (independent), Janet, and a few others. Amber, BeBeDoll and Tina are top-notch as far as being great GFE's who "go the extra mile" to leave you with a smile. And they travel the short distance to your area.
Poke around a bit and you'll find them.

You're correct that some of the ladies you mentioned will come this way. They're not based in the area, but will offer an occasional incall. Now that I think about it, there's a lady named Robin who has an incall in Lake Bluff. She will do massage or escort. You can find her in the review section.
Over the years I've run into a few providers who would arrange an incall nearby if I underwrote the room (sort of an outcall). You can always ask your favorite lady.
