I have an overnight in Chicago early next week, and my budget is very limited. As much as I'd like to visit some of the wonderful premier ladies, I just don't have the $$$ or $$$$ sheckles they charge.  Don't get me wrong, I KNOW they're well worth it, but finances are what they are with me right now.
Looking for some help weeding through some of the providers south of the $$ mark for outcall downtown.

Try doing a search, but I doubt you will find anything (or anyone) ... but I hear you can rent some X rated movies in the hotel in the $$ mark and its delivered right to your room.

You might be able to get a 1/2 hour incall for the price range you are looking for but not a    1 hr outcall

Downtown by definition is a higher price point. The most reasonable incall joint in Chicago is $$ an hour-if you're a gent and tip another $ you get amazing service. Any provider that says they're willing to come do incall for less than that is either a ripoff artist or LE.

Don't even bother with CL, they're too expensive for you.

Call Charlie at Pussycatetc she has some one for $$ for .5 hr..If thats what you want  Incall only..

You may get lucky and find that incall, but that means you travel to visit the lady.

I have a sneaking suspicion that you will be spending your trip to Chicago alone.
