Wow...I thought I was the only one getting the smelly butt clients. In this heat, it is worse than ever. I had a guy last week that tells me after the session that he came here straight from his job where he delivers appliances all day off a truck. No wonder he was so darn stinky 
I have no idea what recource we might have except that if she only gets that one bad review, others will see that this behavior is not typical of her. Sad.
I am an asst. to several local providers, several weeks ago, there was an issue with a Hobbist,
who had such Foul!! Body Odor, the provider cut the 1 hr session down to 1/2 hr, that is all she could stand!! she was trying to be polite, the body odor was so offensive!! it was like a cloud of stink, that hung over the room!! No amount of spray was getting rid the odor!! The hobbist wrote a bad review and said she rushed him, How do U deal with this problem??? she is being penalized for his stinky Butt!!
