I'm considering a visit in the near future. What other cities besides Chicago, near Moline and Chicago are good to visit? And when is the best time of year to come?

You should come out my way to the Quad cities which includes moline and east moline IL and Davenport/Bettendorf Iowa. I host in this area and can come to your hotel

I will be near Moline anyways for personal reasons.  I just wasn't sure how things were.

Moline is cool. I go un noticed all the time. The hotels seem to be all by the airport and theres actually alot to do and see for a town that isn't that big.

I will be staying about 45mins N of Moline so it seems Rockford and Moline might be about least travel.
