Much more centrally located than way up north of the city.  

I might recommend closer to O'hare. It is quicker and easier to NorthWest suburbanites and there are a lot of potential clients there too. That is, if you feel safe, of course! Regardless, hope you have a profitable and fun stop in Chicagoland!
