That "free"  vacation is a chance for them to sell you a time share.

Lots of comments here.

Hey folks:

Apparently my phone number was entered in some sort of drawing at a Sox game *unbeknownst to me*, and I received a call from a place called Sundance Vacations, saying that I'd won a free vacation.

Now, I've done a little snooping around online, and it seems like a scam, but honestly, if you do have any experience or input on this organization, I'd appreciate your thoughts. Usually, my stance is 'if it's too good to be true, it probably is...'

Thanks for any and all input.

They have these people running around outside the ballpark, trying to get information on everyone.  A chance to "win" a vacation.  It is just a way to get your info to try and sell you a time-share.  Obviously, someone who remembers your number gave it to them....scary.
